When Shawn reached out to us in mid-2022, LeeloActive was growing fast but lacked a cohesive retention strategy. Their community loved the brand, but the connection was one-sided. Emails went out inconsistently, automations were minimal, and there wasn’t a clear strategy behind what to say, when, or to whom.

To deepen engagement, we introduced:
