BodyAlign is a unique wellness brand built around balance — helping customers feel better through products designed to harmonize the body and mind. With a wide range of wellness products and audiences, their challenge was clear: how to communicate the right product to the right customer at the right time.
When they partnered with us in June 2020, email wasn’t really performing.
- No automations were set up.
- Their list wasn’t segmented.
- Lead generation was broken.
- Campaigns were inconsistent and lacked strategy.
Email wasn’t the problem — the lack of structure was.

Our first focus was automation. Without strong flows, every sale required manual effort.
We designed and launched the core Klaviyo automations — Welcome, Abandoned Cart, Browse Abandonment, Post-Purchase, and Win-Back — each tailored to BodyAlign’s audience segments and product range.
Each flow was built with clarity and intent — not just to convert, but to educate customers about product benefits and reinforce trust in the brand.

Once the automations were live, we shifted our attention to EDMs (campaigns).
We created a full calendar and executed 100+ campaigns over the next two years — combining promotions, product highlights, wellness tips, and educational content to keep customers engaged.
With each send, we collected more data. We tested subject lines, offers, and timing. We refined targeting. And we used every insight to make the next campaign stronger than the last.

The impact was immediate.
- In the first year, BodyAlign went from 5% to 35% revenue attribution from Klaviyo.
- By 2022, that number grew to 40–45%.
- Over 2.5 years, the brand generated $3.68 million in total revenue directly from Klaviyo.
Email went from an afterthought to one of BodyAlign’s top-performing marketing channels — proving how powerful a well-executed retention strategy can be.
You don’t need a massive team or fancy tech stack to make email your top channel.
You need a strategy, strong foundations, and consistency.
That’s what turned BodyAlign’s underperforming list into a $3.68M success story.
